Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Rates and Availability:
   • Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
   • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
2. Special Events and Peak Season:
   • The displayed rates do not apply during Christmas, New Year, special events, peak season, and blackout dates.
   • Additional surcharges may apply during these periods.
3. Double Sharing Basis:
   • Rates mentioned are per person based on double sharing.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
5. Confirmation during Peak Season:
   • In peak season, the package will be considered fully confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the local supplier.
   • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guest’s own account. We will not be held liable for such expenses, but will provide the best possible assistance.
6. Late Payments:
   • We reserve the right to refund the amount if the payment is received late and the package rate and availability are no longer valid.
7. Reconfirmation of Rates:
   • Please reconfirm the rates with us at the time of confirmation.
